Service Operation Workspace - Configure details Tabs

Hi all , 

 

We are in the process of setting up our ServiceNow Statement of Work (SOW).

 

We have noticed that we have several fields to display on the Incident and Request table records.The idea is to create a second tab called "Details" (to prevent users from scrolling too much), where we can place the second resolution section.

 

For your information: I duplicated the "Details" tab, but I am unable to separate the fields (see attachments).Do you happen to know if this is possible?

Any help is appreciated .
