How can we make sure that each and every SR ( service request) raised is automatically assigned to the relevant team and and to team member in the that team? In order to reduce the efforts of manually assigning the SRs to the appropriate assignment group and then to a member in that group. 

 

Kindly check and provide the technical guidance.

@Ravi  You can take advantage of the Assignment rule module to assign the request to a specific group or an individual. Please refer to https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/washingtondc-application-development/page/administer/task-table/c.... to know more about assignment rules.
