ServiceNow ITSM fulfiller vs business stakeholder capabilities

Hi Team, 

we are implementing approvals and delegations as part of phase 2 deployment at my organization, and I am trying to come up with a knowledge article or a comparison table to illustrate how these two licenses differ in functionality as in how the functions that can be performed by a user with fulfiller vs business stakeholder license.  

Has anyone done this before and if yes, do you mind inspiring me?

The Fulfiller License is geared towards hands-on IT professionals, the Business Stakeholder License targets decision-makers in IT processes, and the Unrestricted User License offers wide-ranging access for users who require broad platform use.

thanks mate, I was sort of looking for a comparison table from an end user perspective. The objective is to present the knowledge article that will help our staff select the right role when requesting access to SNOW.
