servicenow PDI does not display many fields in user table`

On my PDI, the sys_user table is suddenly not able to show many fields and related lists in the sys_user table. I am logged in as admin despite that I cannot view the fields. even the show xml and all contextual menus arent displaying. How can this be resolved pls

Yes, it does not show the menu. Neither the hamburger icon nor by right clicking on the header bar on top.

This could have been attributed to a view issue had you not mentioned about the fields being absent in the XML. It looks like some read ACLs are messed up. You can use the ACL debugger to check which ACL on the sys_user table is failing. Can fix them to address this issue.

 

If you can't debug then and if you do not have any critical data on your PDI, you can choose to reset the instance from the development portal (developer.servicenow.com).

No, I did not mean the fields are missing in the xml. I said that i am unable to view the xml also

@PKA Are you sure you have an admin role? Can you check if your user still have the admin role?
