servicenow PDI does not display many fields in user table`

On my PDI, the sys_user table is suddenly not able to show many fields and related lists in the sys_user table. I am logged in as admin despite that I cannot view the fields. even the show xml and all contextual menus arent displaying. How can this be resolved pls

I do have admin role. Not just the show xml, i cannot even right click to Save form using context menu. This behaviour is only with the sys_user table
