SLA breach notifications

Hi All,

 

50%, 75% and 100% SLA breach notifications are triggering for INC tickets as expected but not for TASK tickets. What could be the possible reason for this behavior. Please guide.

Hi @Nikita50 ,

 

In your SLA definition which are configured for task, make sure that you have selected right flow.
