SLA not Attached to the ticket

Hi Team, 

 

I need to create a report where SLA not attached to Incident tickets, what filter i can apply to pull out the report. 

Please help me with the solution at the earliest, i need to pull out the report for management review. 

i have attached the screenshot, how can i create the report regarding the same.

Hi @Garvit1 ,

 

Create a report based on the incident table with the related condition as shown below:

Remember that it's import to state that "no selected table records". This refers to, that no SLA is attached to the incident.
