Hello All,

Can anyone direct me where can I find  ITSM Workshop slide deck to help explain to a customer and provide a small walk through of each module based on ServiceNow new release. I am looking for details to include ServiceNow Incident Module, Problem Mang, Change & CMDB, etc.

NowCreate is your place to start with this. Not sure why you are adding old versions of the platform as label to your question. Xanadu has been released and Yokohama is already on RTP.

That's an easy one: people just don't look at where they are posting their questions. It should be easy to find the correct place (or choose the correct forum), but that's not how most people use the internet in general. They assume it thinks for them.
