Is there an out-of-the-box feature in ServiceNow to allow users to reply to a specific message in ServiceNow chat? We are exploring the option in our ServiceNow chat instance to enable users to reply to a specific chat message (this is very useful for our Service Desk team, especially if the chat conversation is already lengthy).
