Survey is not getting triggered at the end of every conversation in Virtual Agent

Hi Team,

Currently , I am working on configuring Survey's in Virtual agent. Basically, when every conversation is about to end a survey should be triggered to the user asking for this experience over the chat.

I have configured Survey Setup topic for "Survey" in Default Chat Experience. Please refer the attached screenshot.

Also, I have changed the value of "com.glide.cs.survey.probability" system property to "1".

Additionally ,I have created a Post chat survey "sys_cs_survey" and I have attached the screenshot for the same.

Can anybody please guide me what I am missing here?

Can you clear out the script on your post chat survey and test again?

Yes, I have removed code. Still its not working.

Issue is solved now . Virtual Agent bot was not configured properly in sys_cs_branding_setup table.
