Survey Trigger fir Service Portal and ESC Portal

Hello Everyone,

 

I have one requirement.

 

I have created a Survey for the end users it will trigger once users end the chat from the SP and ESC Portal , But we need to trigger the Survey for every 10 Live Agents?

This is possible?

 

If any one works on this scenario before?
