The RITM stage updates to 'Completed' instead of 'Fulfillment'

Hi All,
When I raise a request via Order Guide, the RITM stage updates to 'Completed' instead of 'Fulfillment'. I have checked the workflow, and it's not updating this. Also, there's no catalog client script. Can anyone tell me what the reason might be?

Hi,
This RITM Stages are Created by the OOB Workflow. Now as you see in your Request was denied/rejected so depending on the Workflow you will be redirect to the stage which is set in workflow.
please share issue in detail if it not sort,

What does the executing workflow look like? Does it show an Approval or Catalog Task activity or whatever is actively running, or has it reached the end?

The flow in the request, reaches the end correctly, but when it comes to the RITM, the stage changes to 'Completed'. This issue occurs with the specific Order guide, while it works fine for catalog item. What could be the root cause of this problem?
