Transaction has been cancelled while running the fix scripts

I am running fix scripts of around 25000 records for removing the user ids from the user table. but when i tried to run it. after updating 200 records. the pop-up message came. such like:  "the transaction has been cancelled. unable to download data from server".

 

Please help with this..

Try to filter out the data. (filter out the data which is not necessary).
