Trigger survey notification via Virtual Agent Bot in MS Teams

Hello,

 

Does anyone know how to create actionable notification (take survey) in virtual agent via MS Teams? I tried creating new provider notification from asmt_assessment_instance table but I'm having a hard time displaying the survey URL as this is not available in field selection to display in message card.

 

Appreciate your help on this one. Thank you!

Yes, I tried creating new notification already but I want to display the survey URL as well for users to click once they received the notification in their MS Teams.
