This video demonstrates how we can setup the language translations in Virtual Agent in just 10 minutes. We can configure the Virtual Agent to respond in the User's preferred language. This encourages the users to use Virtual Agent than directly contacting the Service Desk and hence the reduced work load on the Service Desk.
