Hi Team
I have a requirement to Enable virtual agent lite region specific, currently it is available to all users , How can I restrict its availability to specific regions and business units?

If using Agent Chat configuration, you can easily add any combination user portal and roles. If you need different options like location or groups, then you need to embed the widget to the portal header or footer. There you can use user criteria or edit the widget itself.
