In ServiceNow Virtual Agent, when a user mentions an Outlook issue, the bot responds with a few articles based on the input. Now, what I want to do is, when the bot displays these articles, I need to send those responses to ChatGPT and receive feedback from ChatGPT on which article is most helpful. How can this be achieved?
