Virtual Agent Integration with MS Teams - Conversation Difference vs Employee Central

Greetings,
Wondering if someone else out there has encounter the same or similar issue when integrating Virtual Agent ChatBot with MS Teams.
Scenario:
Virtual Agent installed in non prod instance and added to Employee Center
Conversation Flows all done
Testing done to validate the conversation flows and all passed. Everything working great
Integrated the Virtual Agent Chatbot with MS Teams
Post integration, our Chatbot is available in Teams and is working
However, we are seeing different conversation text in the conversation flow in Teams than we are in Emp Center
Example:
In Emp Center:
- Good afternoon (name)
- I am your virtual agent in training
- How may I help you today?
- Select an item from the list or type in your request below
In Teams:
- Good afternoon (name)
- I am your virtual agent in training
- Hi (name), please enter your request or make a selection of what I can help with. You can type help any time when you need help.
I've searched online for possible causes and not found anything. I've also gone through the settings and config in ServiceNow. Not sure if it means anything but just above the incorrect conversation text it says "Edited"
The fact it works in Employee Center and Portal but is different in Teams makes me think it is not a conversation flow issue in Designer
Wondering if anyone else has come across this and what the solution was as I am stumped 🙂
