We have been configuring and deploying Virtual Agent between our on-premise dev and production environments.
Production environment is fine, but in dev environment, now when trying to request a catalog item via VA, the link to the catalog item is https://<instance_name>/null
In Production environment, the link to the catalog item is https://<instance_name>/va_link.do?token=######...
Please provide any properties or configurations to check between the two environments.
