some time ago the Voucher free was made available to the community to complete the course within a certain period.

I did her process in my corporate account, but I couldn't take the test because my name had the last name spelled wrong.

at the time I even opened an incident for correction in the Webacessor, but when rescheduling my voucher it had already expired.

Is there anything you can do? 

The voucher I have for working in a partner company was not awarded after finishing the courses, it only appears that my voucher was canceled.
