We are not able to add the color in the color palette of dashboard.

We have created a new dashboard " Europe Ticket Dashboard", but we are not able to add colors to the color palette and even the data labels are also not adjustable as reports.

Color palettes are defined in the Chart color scheme [pa_chart_color_schemes] table. Report admins have read access to this table. Navigate to All > Platform Analytics Administration > Color Settings > Chart Color Schemes.

To customize the color palette on your "Europe Ticket Dashboard", you'll need to configure chart color schemes and apply them correctly to your dashboard widgets. Here's how you can do it:

1. Create a Custom Color Palette

• Navigate to: All > Platform Analytics Administration > Color Settings > Chart Color Schemes

• Click New

• Provide a descriptive Name for your color scheme

• Select colors for Color 1 and Color 2 (a minimum of two colors is required)

• (Optional) You can add up to 32 colors in total to your scheme

• Click Submit
  

2. Apply the Color Palette to Dashboard Widgets

• Go to the Dashboard and open the widget configuration

• Under the Presentation > Colors section, set:

  • Set Color type: Color palette

  • Palette: {select the Chart Color Scheme you just created}

This will apply your custom color palette to the widget.
