Widget visibility for Non ITIL users

Hi, I have a requirement where the widget in the service portal should be visible to everyone(Non-ITIL and ITIL users). Has anyone done this before?

Is the data visible to any user?

  • If yes, then the currently logged-in user likely lacks the necessary access. Please ensure the appropriate roles are assigned.
  • If no, then the widget might not be functioning correctly. Make sure the data is being populated as expected.
