Work Order Task Notifications.

Hello Team,

I am having Work Order Task to check the "Agent arrive onsite" notification.

But unable to test the notification in the Work Order task form, such as which fields we must complete to work this notice.

Can somebody help me achieve this?

Hi @Madhusudhan6 ,

Check the conditions in the When to send section of your notification and try to set your Work Order Task records with the same values provided in condition.

Search emails in Application Navigator and then open all emails and in subject column search with *and your subject provided in notification.
