Add attachments to incidents via Virtual agent

Hi All,

we are working with virtual agent and i would like to give an option to user to add attachment to the incidents ..is there any way by which i can take input from user as a Doc,PDF file...i have tried image picker but its working fine for the pics not the Docs..

Tnx for mentioning one of my articles. Though unfortunately, that's not what priya is asking. Priya is asking about attachments other than images.
