Agent Chat Shows Blank page

I have an issue where a few agents see blank page when they login to our custom portal.
And for others it shows blank page as well but when they refresh the page the agent chat works.
Not sure what may be the casue of issue. If someone can help?

It dosen't seems to be an solution.
We have encountered a new issue. Here when admin opens the chat and agent accepts the chat post that the if the agent replies back to the chat, agents messages are not shown on the virtual agent .
We can see that agent has replied but his/her messages are not shown in the virtual agent to the admin.

Not sure if you mean the chat history is blank when accepting a chat? If you are on Washington DC, there is a fix in Patch 4. The blank chat history is very random and hard to duplicate for us and installing patch 4 tonight with fingers crossed it is fixed.

We are on vancouver, And its not about the chat history, Its when any user click on virtual agent chat bubble, He/she is seeing a blank page.
