Attach Knowledge Button missing in Agent Assist

We are missing the ability to attach a KB when creating an incident from an interaction. According to a Utube video the button to attach a KB or Flag a KB is missing from the menu.

Hello,

Go to 'Table Configuration' , find entry for Interaction table, open it and under related list 'Search Action Configurations' it should display below 4 options, looks like in your case it is missing for Attach and Flag so just check it. Generally this option should come automatically but sometimes it goes missing in case you are moving update sets from one instance to another instance so either import from another instance or recreate entire table configuration again to see if that works. Give a try.
