Best way for Virtual Agent to obtain answers for multiple questions from user during a conversation?

When creating NLU custom topics for Virtual Agent, there are scenarios where the VA has to obtain 3-4 or even more piece of information so that it can be updated in the incident description.
As of now the topics/workflows are designed in a way that -
1.) VA asks one question, 2.) user provides the answer, 3.) it is saved in a variable, 4.) and then VA asks the next question, 5.) same thing is repeated, 6.) and in the end the answers to these questions are added to the incident description.
I feel this is very time consuming for the users and does not provide a good experience.
Is there a better alternative for this? Is it possible that VA displays a form or table (like a Catalog Item) where user can see all the questions at the same time and can provide the answers to it? If something like this is possible within the conversation of a custom topic then it would be really good for the users.
E.g. I need the user input for their name, DoJ, email, phone# (just an example). Instead of asking 4 questions, what other alternative is available which can improve the user experience?

No, mate. VA works as designed. The only difference in the item is how the user sees it: in one view it appears as a single GUI, while in VA it is presented step by step.
