Can Virtual Agent open automatically rather than clicking the bot icon

We've have recently implemented Virtual Agent on our Production instance. Feedback from users is that they would like the Virtual Agent to automatically open when accessing the Service Portal rather than clicking the tile.
Does anyone know if this is possible?

Yes, it's possible but not OOTB, you will have to customize the Service Portal Widget!!

I think it's the codes, which even i can't see now.

However, you can tweak the code as per your requirement.

All you have to do is Clone the Service Portal Widget and edit the code.
