Can I change the name of virtual agent "Now virtual agent" which comes up in MS teams when user initiates a new chat with virtual agent?

Depending if you only have Virtual Agent or if you're using ServiceNow for MS Teams, you can configure branding on the Microsoft Side of things.

 

This is for only the Virtual Agent App.
