Changing Agent Chat Timeout Message to Agent: "System Administrator has left the support session."

I know you can customize the Idle Chat Timeout Reminder Message which displays to the user (default "The conversation is timing out, are you still there?"), but what about the message that displays to the agent (from the "System Administrator" account) after the idle chat times out: "System Administrator has left the support session."??
(Note: the user does not see this message.)
We still are in an Agent Chat pilot so we haven't onboarded all our company's potential chat agents (and it will be a lot), but this has confused our few agents already and I'm really hoping we can change this to be a little more intuitive, something like "This conversation has timed out due to user inactivity."

I do not think currently virtual agent offers any such functionality.

Any update on this? I am wanting to change that default message. Any recent update allowed this to happen?
