Hi Everyone,
I'm working on Fallback topic in VA, where I want to show both catalog items and Knowledge articles based on the search term.
But, I want to populate the the knowledge articles based on the user's country location.
Our Knowledge base has 3 languages KB articles.
For example, If any of the France user is trying to search for any of the issue.
our VA should populate only French language articles related to the user's query.
Can anyone suggest me, how this can be achieved?
