Hi,
We added NLU to our greeting topic to re-direct the user back to the greeting topic when responded with 'Hi' or 'Hello' to the greeting message.
But this has lead to a new issue with some utterances that should revert to the fallback topic but instead we see this 'Continue with this topic' message.
We have our Intent confidence, Intent Confidence Delta and Entity confidence set as 0.001 to take them out of picture.

I created a Topic called Hello and have the intent attached to that. Within the Hello Topic, I have this statement in the topic:
Briefly state what you need help with other than Help Desk or Live Chat. The wait times in chat has grown and we need people to self-service as much as possible, if I can find the answer for you.
Below is the simple flow, we have NLU enabled on the first component, if the NLU does not pick up what the user stated, we go to our AI search fallback
