End Conversation button not enabled

Hi ,

I have below instance on Orlando which has END Conversation button active and its working while on other instance which is on NEW YORK, i dont find this button, any clue or you faced this previously.

when you are clicking on it are you getting some kind of error in browser console ? can you please inspect it ?

or is it happening with specific topic only which you tried to test in virtual agent ? can you also consider other topics to test and see , are you able to close it or not.

i think it will be visible once you will enter some keyword , have you mentioned some keyword to search the topic?
