Virtual agent topic Keywords not working

Hi Team 

 when I search with this keyword in the chatbot it says 'Sorry, we couldn't find any matching topics'

Can someone let Help me to fix it,please?

Hi there @ChunjiJ 

I think the topic isn’t published, not enabled for the correct channel, or not added to a search group/experience used by Virtual Agent. Even if keywords are defined, the bot won’t match them unless the topic is Active, Published, and available in the same VA channel (Now Support, Portal, etc.).
