Hello everyone!
So, I have an issue with fallback topics. I created a menu with Static Choice and enabled the "Conversation Switching" option. But when the user types something different that doesn't match an intent or menu option, the IA Search Fallback doesn't fire and Greetings fires again like a loop.
Can you help me with this?
