Genesys Voice Solution Integration with Service Now Virtual Agent

Hi Experts

 

 

we have a use case - where Caller Calls (Genesys Voice Solution) -- It should go and Talk to Service Now VA Bot ---Give Responses back to Caller on Phone.

 

I am aware this kind of setup is possible Using Amazon Connect Voice Solution or 3C Logic where Connector is available for Voice to Service Now VA Bot Integration.

 

For Genesys i dont see any such connector .. Any pointer for This use case will help.

This is not achieved as of because no connector exists as of Now for GENESYS.

Either Develop connector (just Like AMZAON VOICE or 3C LOGIC) from Scratch or Wait for some time so that ServiceNow + Genesys releases that.
