I have integrated Whatsapp with Servicenow via Twillio. I'm creating a flow where the user can see some images on WhatsApp. In the table sys_cs_conversation is coming as Guest, and therefore the user does not have access to the table of images and other information How do I get the user to connect to their ServiceNow account, just like they do in teams? Is this possible?
