Has anyone found a way to make the Virtual Agent more prominent on the page?

Our user adoption after go live has been low and the majority of responses are that they don't notice the little button in the bottom corner. Looking for suggestions on how to get it to pop up like other websites do or put it somewhere in the flow of normal system use that would get people's attention. Sending repeated emails to the organization that it is there is not a viable way of driving user adoption.

Hi @andybirks ,

We encountered similar issue and tried below. Customized service portal header and add a code to display Modal window for the first login once in a month explaining about the virtual agent and link to a knowledge with the details of services available in the virtual agent.

We can apply a bit of CSS to make it stand out in the service portal page. Please go throw below threads

Hi there,

Have a look at the articles on Virtual Agent that I published. Multiple ones on the visibility and behavior.

Visibility like a larger Virtual Agent icon, a bubble shown, a bubble shown after N seconds, a bubble shown after interaction with the Typeahead Search, etc..

If my answer helped you in any way, please then mark it as helpful.

Kind regards,
Mark
