Has anyone found a way to make the Virtual Agent more prominent on the page?

Our user adoption after go live has been low and the majority of responses are that they don't notice the little button in the bottom corner. Looking for suggestions on how to get it to pop up like other websites do or put it somewhere in the flow of normal system use that would get people's attention. Sending repeated emails to the organization that it is there is not a viable way of driving user adoption.

Hi Mark,

 

I am trying to knock out a requirement where i want to improve customer experience. I have lot of static choices approx 30 which i am displaying user. Is there a  better way so structure this? User need to click on show more again and again to check choices. I have implemented NLU, mapping of associated entity to choices requires maintenance.
