How can I know which topics or flows the Virtual Agent is Processing in the Conversation?

We enabled language switch and dynamic translation in Virtual Agent. Everytime, when switching the language in VA, after selecting 'Yes' to confirm the switch, the VA always responds with several searching result although I did not intend to search anything. And then, it asks if the provided information solved my issue. If I say 'No', it will ask if I'd like to connect with a live agent.

We want to simply the process to connect to a live agent. And I do not want to display such irrelevant searching results to customers.

How can I know why the VA returns these results and which activity/ topic triggers the search?
