Hello all,
When VA has successfully answered a user's query, how do I prompt them whether they'd like to continue with the agent or end the conversation?
I'd like this to be done for all topics, and not have to code it for each one if possible.
Thanks.

Hello Raj,
Go to "Collaboration" > Virtual Agent > Custom Greetings and Setup
Then, in the "Setup topics" tab, you need to check if you have a Setup topic type called "Anything else":
If not, you need to create it:
Then check if your setup topic is similar to this one:
And with this you stay on the loop as long as you want!!
Please, if this answer is relevant for you, please mark it as correct and helpful.
Thanks,
Filipe

I have tried to set up this configuration, however when my topics reach "End" the Virtual Agent just stops. See description here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/virtual-agent-nlu-forum/vitrual-agent-return-to-quot-anything-e...
