How to deactivate a built topic and activate its duplicate

Hello.
I am looking for a way to deactivate a built topic and activate its duplicate.
Specifically, I duplicated the pre-built topic "Greetings." and created a new greeting "Greetings.-v2". However, "Greetings.-v2" is not reflected in the portal and the pre-built topic applies.
How can I get "Greetings.-v2" reflected in the portal?

Hi @KarenH2 ,
You can deactivate that using the active button on top right corner.
Go to Conversation al Interface -> Settings -> Virtual Agent -> Custon Greetings and Setup -> Default chat experience.
In setup topics you can give your own topics.
Give your chatbot Custom greeting and click test.

1. Click Coversational Interfaces > Setting > Virtual Agent > Custom Greetings. & Setup
Click on Default chat experience in the record.
3.Open the Setup Topics tab
4.Click Greeting in the Setup topic type
5. Select "Greetings.-v2" from the Setup topic item *MUST BE PUBLISHED and ACTIVATED.
6.Return to the Default chat experience page and test + Update
compleated!!
