Hi everyone,
Has anyone experienced Intent Discovery not working? I've been trying to run a few analysis over the course of this week, and all of them would eventually get stuck on "Preparing to run", so I would eventually have to cancel it. For the analysis, the number of records was just over 10,000 and the condition was resolved after a 3 month period.

There could be a number of reasons why it fails to run and so please raise a case with ServiceNow Support so that our Engineers can look into it and fix this issue for you.
