Hi All,
I need to remove Continue as Guest option from authentication page while linking ServiceNow user account via MS Teams in Virtual Agent. I have found KB0859534 but it looks like it is not applicable for Tokyo release (we don't have _link_account_adapter_ topic in Designer).
Do you know if it is possible in Tokyo and where in settings I can find this option?

Not sure what you mean that you don't have that system topic - we're on Utah on the latest version of ITSM for Teams and that topic is still being used...
That said, as frustrating as it is - and how common of a need to disable it - there's no setting for it. And as you can see from that article, it's not something you (or a local admin) can DIY because it requires the maint role. You'd need to open a ticket to ServiceNow to have them do this for you.
