How to use a pre-chat survey to filter virtual agent topics

  Hi all,

I'm trying to create a pre-chat survey to gather information before displaying a list of the available topics based on the user's responses. I'm following this doc (https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/orlando-performance-analytics-and-reporting/page/administer/virtu...) and I already have my context variables and pre-survey ready.

What I don't understand is how do I integrate that pre-chat survey to the virtual agent? Should I create a start-up topic and call the "Survey" topic with the pre-chat id?
