We have 31 topics in https://xxx.service-now.com/now/conversational-studio/home/all, however when I ask Virtual Agent "show all my options", it only display 2 topics. Why?

Go to virtual agent >> designer and open the topic which is not visible. Check if the topic is active, if not activate that.

There should be a dropdown with active button , under that mark "Included in topic discovery" and "Included in list of topics " as true and publish the topic.

Hi @Lisa71,

go to the missing Topic in virtual designer, and click the little chevron next to Active:

And there are these toggles, check these and eventually you can go:

Conversational Interfaces > Settings > Branding > {select your VA} > Virtual agent: scroll for "Promoted Topics":

Most likely these promoted topics are shown above the Show me everything button but it doesn't cost you anything to check it as well.

Thank you. The "included in discovery" is also checked. For the "promoted topics", I didn't find it, is it specific in HR experience? Thanks.
