1)Trying to add 5 FAQS in knowledge base 

2)That should reflect in service now virtual agent

3)Tried with contextual search.But couldnt progress

pls suggest the right way to proceed

Glad, above is just one way of doing. And yes there is NLU which is more efficient in understanding the query.

I dont want the other responses - I need only "It is  a chatbot " . Can this be customised ?

You can, change the limit value to 1. default is 3.

Thank you . I changed the limit. It is working .Is there a way to use NLU model and contextual search in the same topic flow ? Can you throw a light to my doubt ?
