1)Trying to add 5 FAQS in knowledge base 

2)That should reflect in service now virtual agent

3)Tried with contextual search.But couldnt progress

pls suggest the right way to proceed

Glad, above is just one way of doing. And yes there is NLU which is more efficient in understanding the query.

My doubt is ,,,

If my 1st faq is 1)What is service now virtual agent ? I want response only as " it is a chatbot"

 

Where to add this ? What will be the sys id ? From where it should be taken? 

 

 

 

There are atlest two ways to achieve it. 

1. Direct reply (use the bot response - text). and type in your response " it is a chatbot". For this you have to create a specific topic.

2. create knowledge article called "What is service now virtual agent" add the answer in short description. Now the above contextual search will display the result if you type "What is service now virtual agent".
