I couldn't find "Search knowledge base" topic in my topic list.

I installed "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations " plugin and "ITSM Virtual Agent Conversations lite" plugin. but i couldn't find "Search knowledge base" topic in my topic list. is there any plugin am missing?

That topic isn't part of the plugins anymore. This is already for a while. So on older instances you might still find this topic, though on fresh installs: no no.

is there an alternative way to search for KB Articles? Im planning to implement a KB Search into a Virtual Agent Topic.

If you are using AI Search, you could use Topic Block "AI Search".
