Integration between Google Dialogflow and Servicenow Virtual Agent

Dear all,

 

We have a FAQ module (user input sth, then the bot recognizes the intent and will give the corresponding response) and it is driven by Google Dialogflow.

I want to ask whether it is possible for the Virtual Agent to call the FAQ module (including intents and response) through the API? How to achieve this?

I have watched the video and found the Servicenow Virtual Agent was not used.

In the video, Dialogflow calls the incident data of Servicenow;

but our demand is that VIrtual Agent can call the data of Google Dialogflow. Do you know the solution? Thanks.

Don't know if you got this sorted, but I would recommend reading the docs as this does describe setting up the google dialogflow as the secondary bot

Once you have configured the connection it is just a matter of creating the shell topic.
